Nova Market Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns:
General Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To start a return, contact us at hello@realnovamarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
Apparel & Accessories
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Beauty & Skincare
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Electronics & Tools
Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Defective items will be exchanged or refunded.
Pet Supplies
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Consumable products (treats, etc.) are final sale.
Shopify Collective Products
Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. Return eligibility may vary by supplier — we'll work with you to find the best resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
